At our company we do something new every day. We operate the world’s largest crane vessels and with them we transport, install, and remove offshore structures for the offshore energy markets. Our projects range from installing wind turbines, removing retired offshore oil and gas platforms, and installing platforms up to 50,000 metric tons. Over de functie

Join our dynamic team as the operational heartbeat and organizational wizard in the role of Department Secretary, Ensuring smooth operations and seamless equipment management. As Department Secretary you will liaise with department members, clients and subcontractors / vendors;

  • Host visitors; organize travel arrangements and required outcome (visa, forms etc.).
  • Arrange travel to vessel requests for department members, clients and subcontractors / vendors requisition processing, receiving invoices, goods and services in SAP and Information.
  • Timely processing of documents and certificates in SharePoint; maintaining an up to date and complete DMS: organize, execute and/or arrange document control, filing and archiving;
    Any other secretarial / departmental tasks.

Who will you work with?

As Department Secretary you will support the Operations and Equipment Department. You will work in a team of 3 team members, supporting multiple projects and teams across the department.

Functie-eisen

As Department Secretary we ask of you:

  • Minimum vocational (MBO-4) thinking level;
  • Good communication skills in English & Dutch, both spoken and written;
  • Proactive, communicative, conscientious and accurate;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS SharePoint is a plus);
  • Minimum 1-3 years administrative work experience.
