Here's the challenge:
We are looking for a talented and motivated People Operations Specialist to join our team at felyx. As an important member of the People and Culture team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate, maintain, and optimize our most crucial HR processes and administration. Your work will be critical to ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of our processes. In addition, we are looking for someone who not only carries out the work, but also likes to improve current processes. What we are looking for:
At least 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
Fluent in both Dutch and English
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law
Proven experience in a wide range of different HR tasks
Experience with 30 % ruling, visa applications and IND
Excellent organizational skills and strong in priority setting
You work very accurately and with a strong focus on details
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Someone who is proactive and takes initiative
Bonus points if you have:
A degree in HRM or organizational psychology
Experience with AFAS as HR system
Worked in a similar organization or scale-up before
Experience with restructuring HR processes
Knowledge of Belgium labor law

Location: this is a hybrid way-of-working position based in our headquarters in Amsterdam. However, we like to meet at least twice a week face-to-face to keep a feeling of being a close and fun team.
