We’re on the lookout for an MSP Senior Ops Manager to collaborate with one of our clients a French multinational organization in the “deep tech” industry.

your typical day includes

providing the client with a specialist MSP solution based on their bespoke service offering as per the client contract. Managing and controlling all aspects of recruitment within the designated business areas of the client company. Liaising and interfacing with Hiring Managers and key external and internal stakeholders to add value to the recruitment process and managing an onsite/offsite Delivery Team.

your focus will be to

...
  • provide direction and guidance to the onsite Recruitment team
  • lead and manage day to day client relationships, to manage client expectations and provide innovative solutions to solve client needs
  • manage account performance to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are exceeded
  • take responsibility for delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organization
  • responsible for monitoring the P&L and have an active participation in forecasting and budgeting process
  • working with client and internal teams to agree sourcing strategies, including input on attraction
  • provide insight to accompany management information reporting for clients
  • escalation management, ensure timely resolution, direct corrective action as needed
  • evolve and upsell new solutions and add-ons to the service
  • lead and implement continuous process improvement activities/programs
  • builds own capabilities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework
  • coach and mentor team to meet service level(s) required and ensure best practice process is followed
  • provide induction, development, reward and succession planning

what you will need

  • solid understanding of contingent workforce management services
  • proven recruitment management experience
  • experience working in the IT sector
  • to have led an experienced recruitment team
  • written and verbal business fluency in Dutch and English
  • Flexible approach visiting the office in Hengelo

it’s also nice to have experience

  • in a matrix management organization
  • working with an offsite delivery model
