We are recruiting an Emergency dispatcher for a leading international contact center to to manage emergency calls and chat and help people in distress.
Tasks :
- Provide the highest service to individuals in an emergency through inbound calls and chat
- Record the call details in a CRM platform.

Profile :
- Experience in emergency response or emergency communication environments
- Ability to communicate with customers promptly
- Proficient in MS Office
- Open to flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to assess and readily relay information accurately with great attention to detail, while operating various methods of communication equipment
- Current certification in CPR, emergency, Fire, and Police dispatch is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of regulations and compliance within an emergency services environment is a plus
