Office Manager

About the role
- You welcome our guests and employees at the reception;
- You answer any incoming calls;
- You provide pro active assistance to make sure the office space is representable;
- You handle the mail and take it around the office;
- You manage our storage rooms and order for new stock items when required;
- You manage the personal and annual celebrations, like birthday gifts, Easter, Christmas, etc;
- You maintain the meeting spaces;
- You should be able to book hotels and taxi's;
- We need you to book lunches sometimes or organise for the weekly lunch in the office;
- You are familiar with the company structure and welcome our guests in a professional manner ;
- You interact with the Business Units in Europe, UK, North America and Australia;
- Working days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

- You are fun to work with and you have well developed social skills;
- You are service oriented & representative and resilient;
- You have a friendly approach to people and you are not afraid to ask questions to learn;
- You are able to speak fluent English;
- You are structured and have a pro active approach to work coming your way;
- You take initiative as you can work independently
