HR Business Partner Operations & Naturals (Europe) - Your future position?

As HR Business Partner for Flavours Operations Europe and Naturals teams you will support the growth agenda through strategic and operational HR deliverables in areas such as change management, organisation design, talent management and L&D. You will maintain a long-term view of the organisations’ direction, shaping and aligning the organisational direction and aligning organisational strategies as a result. Moreover you will be member of the regional management committee supporting the development of and execution of the HR agenda and projects in the region.

You will be based either in Kemptthal, Switzerland or Naarden, Netherlands and reporting to the Regional Head HR T&W Europe.

You will:

  • HR Business Partner for the defined regional organisations
  • Be a trusted partner and advisor to the regional leadership teams by translating our needs into tangible HR actions.
  • Establish collaborative and supporting working partnerships with important HR partners such as the COEs of Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to shape top talent and to prepare the next generation of leaders
  • Promote Givaudan’s global HR agenda with main focus on Talent (development, succession, talent acquisition, C&B, diversity, and engagement)
  • Develop HR strategic deliverables that help deliver the defined global organisations growth strategies
  • Support the business to implement changes by leading change management programs
  • Develop staffing strategies that satisfy all workplace needs
  • Sponsor HR team projects and be member of the extended global HR team
  • Promote understanding between local HR agendas and regional business and HR priorities
  • Excellent partnership, coordination and agreement across HR organisation

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior HR position (Regional HR BP / HR Director / HR Manager)
  • HR business partner skills (incl. Compensation & Benefits experience, working with senior and diverse leadership population)
  • Project management and execution skills
  • Good mastery of Employee Relation challenges in the region (Europe)
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with cultural and organisational change and development.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40%
