Position
Reporting into the Production Operations team, our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position is part of the Enterprise Engineering organization and requires an agile, proactive mindset to drive efficient user support. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be responsible for supporting systemic issues that have been escalated from the L1 Support Team to ensure ongoing system availability and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, maintenance and administration of various internal applications.
- Work closely with users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Train users on new and existing application features.
- Application testing throughout the change process.
- Identify trending issues, investigate best solution and communicate with appropriate team members.
- Helping users with the migration of new applications.
- Develop documentation in the form of wikis for user base.
- Monitor, maintain and look for opportunities to optimize and improve systems both for users and for admins/governance teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of system administration and custom solution development experience.
- Must have deep knowledge and exposure supporting Google Workspace.
- Experience with API integrations for daily maintenance tasks, system configuration and custom solution development.
- Experience providing application feature consulting, including the execution of exception evaluations and new SaaS application intakes.
- Experience supporting Dropbox, Asana, Tableau, Slack or Quip… a plus.
- Previous experience supporting SaaS based applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly with end users from a support and training perspective.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Curious, with the need to continue to learn and expand one’s technical knowledge.
