Collab Group is on the lookout for a diligent and detail-oriented Administration Officer to reinforce our Operations Department. We are seeking candidates currently residing in the Netherlands and eligible for local employment.
Working as a key part of a team of three, the Administration Officer will facilitate the smooth functioning of the Operations Department, performing a variety of tasks like intercompany invoicing, expense invoice bookings, and maintaining control of invoice lists, among other operational support duties.

As an Administration Officer, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing consistent administrative support to the Operations department. This involves preparing various documentation in alignment with contracts, departmental directives, or letters of credit. Your tasks may range from well-structured assignments to larger pools of information, requiring discerning the critical details for task execution.
- Finalizing and dispatching document sets to clients and banks. These document sets might comprise Bills of Lading, quality reports, origin certificates, phytosanitary certificates, and an array of other documents.
- Issuing documents for inclusion in the sets, like presentation letters, invoices, and a variety of statements pertaining to goods or shipments.
Your Profile
We are interested in candidates who possess:
- An MBO4 level of thinking, preferably in logistics, MER, or office support, backed by robust administrative skills and a structured working style.
- An exceptional eye for detail, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, coupled with an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with document management and/or commodities trading would be an added advantage.
