In a short period, they have built a reputation as a reliable supplier of pasta and other dough products. Due to the continuous demand for new products, we are looking for new colleagues to expand the production team.
As a production worker, you will have an important role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include mixing ingredients to create dough, setting up machines for the baking process, an packaging and preparing the final product for shipment. We are welcoming candidates who speak either Dutch or English for this position. The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities:
Weighing and mixing ingredients
Setting up production machines
Guiding the baking process
Packaging and preparing the final product for shipment
Recording production data
Performing cleaning tasks
As a production worker, you will experience a lot of variety in your working days. For example, one day you will be involved in the mixing process, and the next day you will be responsible for packaging and logistics. This ensures that no day will be the same. As a production worker, you will work from Monday till Friday in a three-shift system: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00
MBO level. A diploma is not required
Experience as a Production Worker
Preferably experience in the food industry
Good command of either the Dutch or English language
Good physical health, due to standing work
Flexibility due to working in shifts
A 5-day workweek of 37.5 hours
Gross hourly wage of €12,15
In addition, you will receive a shift allowance of 25% (evening) and 40% (night)
Travel allowance of €0.19/km from 10km one way
A clean and organized work environment
A full-time job for a longer period, with the possibility of a permanent contract
